Privacy Policy

Only what you send us through the contact form: your name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to give it, and your message.

You don't need an account to use this site. It has no analytics or advertising, and sets no cookies of its own.

To read your message and reply to it. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell, trade or rent your information to anyone.

Your message is stored in our database, hosted by Supabase in Canada. Only the studio's owner, and the people who maintain the site, can see it there.

A copy is emailed to the studio's mailbox. It is sent through Resend and received in Gmail, both based in the United States.

Before the form sends, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you aren't an automated program. Cloudflare also hosts this site, so it handles each visit to a page, as any web host does.

These services can process information outside Canada, where it is subject to the laws of the country it is in.

Your message is deleted from our database 180 days after you send it, and the copy held by our email service after 30 days. The email in the studio's mailbox, and any reply, are kept as ordinary correspondence.

You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Email powerconditioninginc@gmail.com and we'll answer within 30 days. If you would rather not use the form, you can call us at 709-427-1747 instead.

Power Conditioning Inc. is responsible for the information it collects. Send any question or concern to powerconditioninginc@gmail.com. If we can't resolve it, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
